The next batch of games for Xbox Game Pass has been revealed, and if you're a fan of soccer, building railway empires, and the cathartic power of art, there's a lot to look forward to.

FIFA 23, EA's final FIFA-branded soccer game, kicks off today on console and PC. This footie sim will be available through EA Play, which is included with Game Pass Ultimate. While EA's run with FIFA has officially ended, the company will be back later this year with EA Sports FC, which features a similar spread of content to its work on FIFA.

On May 18, you can play as a skilled exorcist taking on evil demonic hordes in Eastern Exorcist, which will be available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. On the same day, Eastpunk action-RPG Ghostlore will arrive on PC. Inspired by games such as Diablo 2 and Titan Quest, this adventure mixes Southeast-Asian folklore with a detailed item and character customization system, procedurally generated maps, and a '90s retro aesthetic.

May 23 will see a day-one release for Planet of Lana on Xbox consoles and PC. In a cinematic puzzle adventure, you'll guide Lana and her companion Mui on a voyage of discovery across their planet, as it has become a battleground to hostile forces. On May 25, Cassette Beasts lands on console. Already available on PC Game Pass, Cassette Beasts is all about collecting monsters and using them in turn-based battles while you explore the world around you. Yup, it has that gotta catch 'em all energy.

Two more games will be out on May 25 in the form of Massive Chalice and Railway Empire 2. Massive Chalice hits cloud and console, and is a tactical strategy game from Brutal Legend and Psychonauts developer Double Fine. Railway Empire 2 will be available for cloud, console, and PC, and it tasks you with building the largest railway company in history as you learn the ropes of this business and stay a step ahead of your competition.

Finally, the delightful Chicory: A Colorful Tale arrives on console and PC on May 30. Easily one of the most charming games of 2021, Chicory is a lo-fi adventure in which you restore color to the world, help your friends, and learn about the healing power of creativity.

A few games will be leaving Xbox Game Pass on May 31 to make room for the new arrivals, so you only have a few weeks left to play Evil Genius 2, Europa Universalis, and several other games.
