Scarlet Waves announced

Canadian game developer PagTech has announced Scarlet Waves, its upcoming two-dimensional turn-based strategy game based on running a pirate fleet. The game, which will be released over the Internet this summer, lets players create their own fleet of pirate ships and control them in tactical naval battles. Each ship can be customized with a variety of characteristics. The developer plans to release a demo version of the game at the same time the full game is released. In addition to the single-player career mode, Scarlet Waves will include hot-seat and play-by-e-mail multiplayer modes.
