Sammy ships Lethal Skies

Sammy has announced today that Lethal Skies Elite Pilot: Team SW for the PS2 has shipped to stores. Lethal Skies is an air-combat game in the spirit of Ace Combat set in a world devastated by ecological disaster. Global warming has caused the polar ice caps to melt, submerging much of civilization in water. The world's major metropolises, as a result, had to adapt by building floating pods on which to rest their buildings. The game is characterized by pitched battles over environments such as these, which add a touch of the fantastical to an otherwise realistically grounded genre. Players will be able to fly a variety of aircraft, including an F-15, an F-16, an F/A-18, and an F-22, and will be accompanied by several wingmates.
