RomTech Strikes Deal
Value-priced software developer will ally with UK Internet game developer TVML Ltd.
RomTech Inc., Pennsylvania-based value-priced software developer releasing games under the "Galaxy of Games" banner, today announced a strategic partnership with UK Internet game developer TVML Ltd.
The deal gives RomTech exclusive rights to publish and distribute in North America Galaxy versions of TVML's Internet-based games.
RomTech plans to launch Galaxy Online in January 1998. That service will offer "all buyers of RomTech's Galaxy of Games titles access to unlimited free Internet gameplay eventually utilizing TVML's current library of over 30 Web-based interactive games."
