Roller Coaster Tycoon plowed through the pre-Christmas shopping frenzy to gain the top spot in PC Data's list of best-selling PC games for the week of December 10-16. The theme park management game was released in the spring of 1999, but still continues to outsell newer games such as The Sims from Electronic Arts, which took second place, and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire 2nd Edition from Disney, which took third place. Fourth place went to The Sims: Livin' Large, an expansion pack for the innovative virtual life game, and fifth place went to Hasbro Interactive's Frogger 2, a 3D re-make of the classic arcade game.
