Following a structure similar to the currently running reality tv-series 'The Voice,' where aspiring artists audition and then become coached by musicians, 'Road to Star' will see the coaches take on five Dota 2 players from an open audition and then battle against the opposing coaches' teams.

Whilst the majority of the players will consist of pub-players rather than established names, Zhou 'KingJ' Yang of EHOME and TongFu fame, as well as former TongFu #3 offlaner Zeng 'zExBinGo' Cong can be seen joining two of the five participating teams in the trailer.

'Road to Star' is scheduled to premier today on the 27th of July.
