The developer of Sin and Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K. 2 becomes two companies: Ritual Entertainment and Mumbo Jumbo.

Ritual Entertainment has announced that it will split into two distinct companies, one named Ritual Entertainment, and the other called Mumbo Jumbo. Ritual Entertainment will continue to focus on the PC platform, while Mumbo Jumbo will provide games for PC, Macintosh, and console systems. The new development studio is located in Irvine, Calif., and it will be led by Ron Dimant, previously the CEO of Ritual, and Mark Dochtermann, who was previously president of Ritual. Robert Atkins is the president of the new Ritual Entertainment.
