It's been a busy week at videogames.com, and in the end, it's brought us a week closer to the release of Zelda 64, though Sega and Sony still have quite a few tricks left up their sleeve. Here's this week's videogames.com news in review.

Famitsu, the weekly video game bible in Japan, took a long, hard look at Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time, and the four reviewers wound up giving it a perfect score, a feat that had never been done before in the 12-year history of the magazine.

After a rousing Nintendo-sponsored scavenger hunt in Manhattan, videogames.com's James Mielke sat down to a one-on-one chat with Zelda's famous designer Shigeru Miyamoto.

That funky rapping game Parappa is now officially getting a sequel.

Sega is showing off some teaser materials for its mysterious Project Berkley, and we've got some of the art to preview.

In the meantime, off in Sonyland, Sony and Toshiba are reportedly working on developing a chipset for the PlayStation 2, according to the Nikkei Electronics Wire. The announcement could come as soon as a few weeks with a release by the end of next year in Japan.

After wooing game journalists at Game Day last week, Sega of America has sent us some interesting yet conceptual high-quality shots from Sonic Adventure as well as a few other Dreamcast games.
