Shoes, sneaks, kicks... Today's footwear is called many things, but rarely are they described as "free." Reebok and Electronic Arts' NBA Live 06 are teaming up to give out 100 pairs of basketball shoes today in a Web-based first-come, first-served contest. Starting at approximately 5 p.m. EST, the first 100 US residents who head over to the contest's Web site and enter the cheat code "HOYAS3AI6L" will be eligible to receive a free pair of Allen Iverson's The Question shoes, a classic design from 1997. The cheat code can also be input into copies of NBA Live 06 for a special message from A.I. himself.
It does ask for your email? I don't remember that. Anyways, did you receive an email. Cause I didn't.
GAH!!! it's the guy who wrote this article's fault. He said approximetly 5pm eastern. But nobody told me that it started before then! ahhh
If you win you have to give them your address, name, age, phone, you know, the usual stuff. Odd how it doesn't ask for your email address.
I don't think they are, I did it too about 3 minutes ago and it said I won as well. Maybe they opened it up early...
