EA is looking for a national Quidditch champion to represent the US in the World Cup finals in the UK later this year.
Electronic Arts has today announced that it's looking for a national Quidditch champion to compete against players from all over the world in the World Cup finals later this year. After registering at the official Quidditch World Cup Web site or at any Toys "R" Us location, eight players will be randomly selected to compete in the US finals in mid-November. The GameCube version of Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup will be used to find a national champion to represent the US at the international finals in the UK on December 21.
Players aged 8 to 14 are invited to enter into the US sweepstake until October 15, some two weeks before Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup is even scheduled for release.
