The PlayStation 4 launches to the public in 30 days, but gamers can get their hands on the next-generation console ahead of release beginning this week at retailers across the United States.
Beginning today, Sony is rolling out PS4 demo kiosks nationwide. The first batch of demo units will be available in select Sony Stores, before expanding to electronics chains like GameStop, Best Buy, Target, and Wal-Mart in the coming weeks.
A list of participating locations, which will be updated over time, is available at the special Experience PlayStation website.
Competitor Microsoft this month launched a worldwide Xbox One tour. Xbox team members will visit over 75 countries around the world to demo the Xbox One and let fans go hands-on ahead of launch on November 22.
The PS4 launches on November 15 in North America, with a November 29 release in Europe to follow.
