Original Story: Bethesda's annual convention, QuakeCon, takes place this weekend and the first events begin today. Although a lot of the events are attendee-only, the company will stream some of the panels and presentations throughout the convention. You can follow along with those events that won't be livestreamed--such as presentations on upcoming games Prey and Dishonored 2--with our liveblog at the bottom of this article.
Bethesda will stream presentations on the development of this year's Doom and a panel on game design, among other events. The first stream begins today at 1 PM PT, when Bethesda opens the show with a welcome presentation that'll include a look at Quake Champions. At QuakeCons in the past, Bethesda has often made announcements at these welcome events.
Check back here and on GameSpot all of this weekend for more news from the convention. Which games are you looking forward to hearing about? Let us know in the comments below.
