Presales Promo for Civ III: Conquests

As a promotion for gamers who preorder Sid Meier's Civilization III: Conquests from selected game retailers, Atari and Firaxis Games will give away a free Best of the Net bonus CD.

Participating retailers currently include Electronics Boutique, GameStop, Electronics Boutique Canada, Future Shop, EBworld.com, GameStop.com, and Amazon.com.

The CD reward includes fan-generated content in the form of scenarios, mods, strategy guides, and fan site links. The CD also includes music and sound effects from the Civ III: Conquests game, the latest patches for Civ III and Civ III: Play the World, and Firaxis artwork culled from a number of sources.

Some of the mods featured include Double Your Pleasure, American Civil War, Storm Over Europe, and the Player 1 mod.
