Kids unfulfilled by daydreams of what it must be like to be an uni-colored teenage ninja will soon be able to get a little Mega Zord action on both the N64 and PlayStation consoles when THQ releases Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue. Based on the latest plotline of the amazingly popular television series, the game lets you assume the role of your favorite Power Ranger and battle it out with all your favorite Power Ranger villains.

The game sports a huge 30 levels, all of which feature different types of gameplay. You'll spend some of the game in a third-person adventure view as you collect items and fight monsters, some of the game in a first-person view as you pilot vehicles, and some of the game in the Mega Zord view, as you and your teammates join vehicles to make the giant monster-bashing robot, the Mega Zord.
Fans of the series will be happy to note that Mass Media is taking full advantage of the Power Rangers license, making the game as close to the television show as possible. The game will feature actual vehicles, characters, monsters, and locations from the Power Ranger Universe. The game will even feature the brand-new Titanium Ranger.
