If you missed out on downloading the Mew during Pokemon's 20th anniversary celebration in February, then you've got another chance. Mew was originally only available for download at GameStop stores, but you'll be able to get yourself the legendary Pokemon from June's Pokemon Trainer Club newsletter.

Those who have signed up to the Pokemon Trainer Club by June 1 will receive a code for Mew in the next newsletter. It can be redeemed in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, Omega Ruby, X, or Y, but you'll only have until August 31 to do it.

The Mew made available in February was set at level 100 with the Synchronize ability and Pound as its one move. If you want to take advantage of the offer, you can sign up for the Pokemon Trainer Club here.

Mew isn't June's only free Pokemon, as players will also be able to claim a level-100 Manaphy. This month, a level-100 Darkrai was given away for free to those who visited a participating GameStop.

The free Pokemon giveaway started in February, as part of the 20th anniversary celebration. Along with free Pokemon, players will also get the chance to try a free-to-play game this year called Pokemon Go. You can walk around the real world and discover virtual Pokemon on your phone based on where you are. It's currently in its beta phase in the US, and you can find out more about it here.
