PlayStation Rampage on Shelves

Midway announced that Rampage Through Time will hit retail stores today. Up to three players chase the evil Doctor Scum through new locations, time periods, and innocent cities awaiting destruction. Players can choose from one of eight monsters for annihilation fun. Aside from the traditional style of play, the title features minigames where gamers have timed "smash rounds" and boss levels.

"The comical bedlam of the original Rampage is a strong presence throughout this PlayStation release," said Helene Sheeler, vice president of marketing for Midway.

Rampage Through Time has a suggested retail price of US$29.99.
