Playmore changes name to SNK Playmore
The company taking over the intellectual property of SNK announces a name change.
Playmore Corporation has announced that it will now be known as SNK Playmore Corporation. Playmore subsidiary Sun Amusement--a hardware and software distributor in Japan--officially changed its company name to SNK NeoGeo last month. This leaves the software developer Noise Factory as the only Playmore subsidiary without "SNK" as a part of its name.
