Lara Croft: Reflections has been unveiled, and it's a free-to-play collectible card game for iOS. Watch out Hearthstone!

The app has been released on the New Zealand and Australian app stores, which is fairly common practice--expect to see it filter to other territories in the near future. The game is free to download, with packs of virtual currency being sold as in-app purchases ranging between 100 gold for $0.99 to 2200 gold for $20.99.

Lara Croft: Reflections has players battle the AI and other players with weapon cards, and allows players to level up these cards to become more powerful. "Adventure through mysterious lost worlds, collect valuable artifacts, battle enemies and other game players, and combine new weapons to increase your power," says the game's official blurb.

One screenshot shows a versus battle between Lara Croft and Lara Croft. A constant network connection is required to play, and the game requires at least iOS 5 and an iPhone 4, iPhone Touch 5th gen, or iPad 2.

"The second opponent I fought was another Lara from a different dimension. Why would she kill herself? Wouldn't they team up and share info?? The answer is no apparently," reads the game's first customer review from anyoneanyone28.
