If you've been searching for a secret room in Batman: Arkham Knight in hopes that it contains clues about developer Rocksteady's next Arkham game, you're wasting your time. That's according to game director Sefton Hill, who reminds fans that Arkham Knight is the last Arkham game Rocksteady plans to make.

"There's no hidden room revealing the next game, as it's our last Arkham game," he explained on Twitter. "Sorry if you've been looking."

Arkham Knight launched on June 23 across Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The PC edition was widely criticized by players who indicated it was in an incomplete state. Earlier this month, Warner Bros. released the game's long-awaited "interim" patch, though the PC edition remains unavailable to buy.

Rocksteady continues to support Arkham Knight with new DLC, but the UK-based developer has not announce its next full project. For what it's worth, prolific video game voice actor Nolan North recently teased that he's working on a "big, big" project for Arkham Knight publisher Warner Bros.
