This second demo includes the same stage as the first, along with a new level, weapons, and more.

Nioh's beta demo arrives for PS4 next week and brings with it the opportunity to unlock two different DLC packs in the full game.

One of these packs, Mark of the Conqueror, was offered to those who completed the alpha demo released earlier this year. The upcoming beta provides a second chance to earn that DLC (the contents of which remain unknown) and a new Mark of the Strong DLC (which we also don't know the details about).

Those who earned Mark of the Conqueror last time around will get new weapons, money, and the freedom to jump right to the new Nakatsu stage in this demo. Completing Nekatsu unlocks Marks of the Strong in the full version of Nioh.

Along with the new level, there's also a tutorial (in the form of the Training Dojo stage), new weapons (including a "long-range hand cannon rifle" and dual-wielded katanas, among others), a Twilight mission (which sounds like a more difficult version of the other two levels), and other additions.

Koei Tecmo has also implemented changes based on fan feedback from the alpha. It previously announced it would revamp the stamina system and remove durability, among other things.
