In advance of Warcraft's release in June, Legendary has now released the first of what appears to be a series of character-specific videos. This one introduces viewers to main character Durotan, the leader of the Orcs, who is a computer-generated character played by Toby Kebbell. He has experience in the CG acting space, as he also portrayed the ape Koba in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

The video also describes Durotan as "the rebel." Check it out:

If this is indeed the first in a series of character overview videos, you can probably expect an ensuing one to focus on Lothar. The leader of the humans, the movie's other main character, is played by Vikings star Travis Fimmel.

Warcraft opens in theaters on June 10. It also stars Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Clancy Brown, Robert Kazinsky, and Dominic Cooper. It was directed by Moon's Duncan Jones, who is David Bowie's son.

In other news about Warcraft, Jones recently talked about how the film will "veer off" from the core Warcraft lore and explained why that's OK. He also criticized Spider-Man director Sam Raimi's version of Warcraft, saying it had "fundamental" problems.

Additionally, Legendary recently released a behind-the-scenes clip that showed off the movie's version of the Lion's Pride Inn from World of Warcraft.
