New Star Wars: Rogue One Trailer Reminds Us the Movie Is 10 Days Away

Lucasfilm has released a new trailer for Star Wars: Rogue One. Titled "10 Days," the video hammers home the point that the sci-fi spinoff is just over a week away from release.

In terms of footage, we see Darth Vader (who will be in the movie "sparingly"), as well as some action sequences, one of which takes place on the beaches of the tropical planet Scarif. Take a look:

Rogue One, which is directed by Godzilla's Gareth Edwards, comes out on December 16. Earlier today, Lucasfilm released a new video for the movie that introduces viewers to main character Jyn Erso, who is played by Felicity Jones.

While you have to wait a bit longer to see Rogue One, you can pick up Star Wars: Battlefront's tie-in DLC, Rogue One: Scarif, right now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The DLC features four maps set on the tropical planet of Scarif and adds Jyn Erso and Orson Krennic as playable characters.
