New Skies of Arcadia Legend details

Sega of Japan has updated its official site with some new details on the GameCube version of Skies of Arcadia, which will be called Skies of Arcadia Legend. The story will be slightly expanded from the original game and will include the appearance of an entirely new character named Piaster, who happens to be a bounty hunter. In addition, Overworks plans to add a number of graphical improvements to the game, which will be noticeable during battles, particularly during magic attacks. There will also be new enemy characters in the game.

Skies of Arcadia Legend is scheduled for release later this year in Japan. A North American release has yet to be announced.
