Titus has released new screenshots from the GameCube verison of Top Gun. The flight models apparently have been tweaked in the GameCube version as players can now opt for arcade or realistic handling which got some bit of a make-over. The game release has also been pushed back to September."This extra time will allow us to make it even better," said Ed Relph, senior brand manager at Virgin Interactive. "Early feedback has been extremely positive. We're confident Top Gun: Combat Zones will be one of the biggest blasts on Gamecube, come September."
The game features 34 missions spanning four graphically diverse locations such as Asia, the Middle East, the Arctic circle, and Miramar--home of the Top Gun academy. Eight planes are available although only three are from the original Top Gun movie.
