New screens: Galactic Civilizations

Michigan-based Stardock Corporation sent us some new screenshots from its upcoming turn-based strategy game, Galactic Civilizations. The game is a space-based empire-building game that involves exploration, colonization, and conquest. Players will assume the role of a leader of humankind's expansion into space in the 23rd century while competing against up to five computer-controlled alien races for control of the galaxy. The game will feature several ways to win, including military conquest, diplomatic alliances, economic domination, technological advancement, and a variety of random elements. The six races in the game all have different strengths and weaknesses and unique strategies for winning control of the galaxy.
