New Plans from Enix

Enix has announced it will release six PS2 titles, Dragon Warrior PS remakes, and more Dragon Warrior GBC titles.

GameSpot News has learned that Enix of Japan will be releasing six Sony PlayStation2 titles starting in March 2000, with the next title due out after April. In related news, the company is planning to release a remake of the Dragon Warrior series for the current PlayStation console. The company is planning to announce which Dragon Warrior title it will be remaking after the release of Dragon Quest VII.

For the Game Boy Color, Enix plans to release a remake version of Dragon Warrior III and a sequel to the Dragon Warrior Monster. The remakes of Dragon Warrior I and II was released last September, and Dragon Warrior Monster sold 2.3 million copies in Japan.
