New Open Tennis screens

A new tennis game is on the way from Microids.

Comments

Microids has released a few new screenshots from Open Tennis, a realistic tennis game that uses the NetImmerse 3D engine. There are 64 different opponents to play against and 30 international stadiums to choose from. When in a match, players can use five different types of strokes and three different spin effects to throw their opponents off. Open Tennis also features 500 frames of motion-captured animation to show off small details and give the game a realistic feel--tennis players wipe sweat from their brows, receive balls from ball boys, and express their frustration after a bad play.

Open Tennis is scheduled for a summer release.
