Take-Two Interactive has released a new group of screenshots from its upcoming real-time tactical combat game, Myth II: Green Berets. The new screenshots show off some of the units, environments, and visual effects that will be featured in the game. Myth II: Green Berets is powered by the Myth II 3D game engine, and it includes the full Myth II: Soulblighter game, which was originally released by Bungie Software in late 1998.

In Myth II: Green Berets, players will command a small squad of soldiers in the jungles of Southeast Asia. The squad must go behind enemy lines to complete a series of 10 missions with a variety of objectives such as locating downed pilots, sabotaging communications towers, and destroying enemy forces. The game features a variety of weapons and equipment, including M60 machine guns, M16 rifles, sniper rifles, grenades, and med kits. In addition, soldiers can use radio equipment to call in air strikes.

Myth II: Green Berets is scheduled for release this summer. For more information, visit the official Myth II: Green Berets Web site.
