New media: Splashdown

Infogrames has released several new screenshots from Splashdown for the Sony PlayStation 2. Rainbow Studios, which has developed such games as Motocross Madness and ATV Offroad Fury, is developing the Jet Ski racing game. As with many other such games, the gameplay in Splashdown is focused on maneuvering around buoys and performing tricks. Although the courses will provide a variety of challenges, weather will also play a major role. For example, storms will ravage the tracks, drastically changing the water dynamics in the process. Splashdown will be released at the end of September on the PS2.
