New Look: Gran Turismo 2

Today we got our hands on the latest PlayStation Underground demo CD featuring Gran Turismo 2. Even though there was not much playability offered on the demo (it limited you to one lap), it was still a great indication of what we can expect from Gran Turismo 2 in the future.

The demo let us select a few of the many cars that will be offered in the full game - a Ford Mustang and a Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo, among others. And from these early impressions, it looks as though the game has been improved in many areas - more detailed scenery, better AI, and slightly tighter control. We'll return with more details and impressions in future updates and previews, but for now, check out this new media we've grabbed from the demo.
