New general manager for Nintendo UK

Nintendo has today announced the appointment of a new general manager for Nintendo UK. David Yarnton has been with Nintendo Australia for over eight years and most recently worked there as the director of sales and marketing for Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.

"We're delighted that David is joining the UK team. He brings with him a wealth of experience across sales, marketing, and business management," said David Gosen, managing director of Nintendo of Europe. "2004 will be a pivotal year for Nintendo, and David will be instrumental in driving the UK market from strength to strength."
