Netflix's Voltron Series Renewed for Season 2

Voltron: Legendary Defender Season 2 releases this year and picks up soon after Season 1's cliffhanger.

Volton: Legendary Defender's first season premiered on Netflix last month, and it looks like you'll be able to see its second season by the end of this year.

Voltron Season 2 was announced to release later this year at its Comic-Con panel (via EW). It continues shortly after the Season 1 finale, which ended on a cliffhanger.

The Walking Dead actor Steven Yeun, who voices the red lion pilot in Voltron, made a special appearance at the panel. Other actors who lend their voices to the show include Josh Keaton (Disney's Hercules), Kimberly Brooks (Mass Effect series), Tyler Labine (Rise of the Planet of the Apes), Jeremy Shada (Team America), Bex Taylor-Klaus (Arrow), and Rhys Darby (Flight of the Conchords).

Voltron: Legendary Defender Season 1 is now available on Netflix.
