Neo Geo Pocket Color Test Drive

SNK cruised by the videogames.com offices today with the Neo Geo Pocket Color. The handheld has a nice screen, and doesn't get blurry every time the action speeds up, like the original Neo Geo Pocket did. The games, most of which are based on existing SNK franchises, all seem to play fairly well on the system, which sports two buttons and a disc-like pad that is very similar to the Neo Geo CD's control pad.

Games we saw included King of Fighters R2, Puzzle Bobble Mini, and a Tennis game which played a lot like the old Nintendo tennis game for the NES. Check out these screens for a closer look.
