NovaLogic has launched a new official Web site for its upcoming action game, Necrocide: The Dead Must Die. The game will be set in real-world locations that are being invaded by armies made up of different kinds of undead, including zombies, succubae, werewolves, demons, and hellhounds. Players will assume the role of a female vampire on a quest to destroy the hordes of undead. The game will use NovaLogic's Delta Force: Land Warrior engine, and it will play like a first-person shooter.

The company also announced recently that it has signed an agreement with the popular fantasy artist Brom to create characters and contribute artwork for the game. Brom's artwork has been featured in several PC games, including Doom II and Heretic. In addition, his artwork has been used in the Dark Age series of collectible card games, role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons and Dark Sun, and comic books published by Dark Horse and DC.
