2k b-ball fans should want this game to succeed as well. Everyone, including me, complain about the state of NFL games without competition. 2k has been slacking since live has been on the sideline, Live will help 2k step their game up. I'm rolling with 2k14, but I still want Live 14 to have a great showing.
I will not buy this game before I download the demo first. If the demo is great and it forces me to buy I will other than that it will rot on the store shelves. Of course I will be balling with 2k though on my brand new PS4
I am long time fan of Nba 2k series; going back as early 2000's Dremacast , but I am really frustrated with the lack of interest that 2K shown in improving online experience for the players; their servers are awful. So this said I would really like NBA LIVE to give 2K run for its money. Competition is good for everyone 2k included.
NBA Live or Elite whatever they fucking call it LMAFO! EA should just commit suicide the only thing worse than this shit is Madden. Thank God David Stern said fuck you EA when the wanted to buy out the NBA license.
The fact that EA hasn't really let anybody play or preview nba and madden next gen makes me nervous about how bad they are. Don'tyou think if these games were good they would be trying to build more hype than they are?
This better be good considering how many years EA spent developing the title. Either way, I think it is a steep uphill climb against NBA2K at this point. The only opportunities left at this point are online team play and ultimate team. Gameplay and presentation elements in NBA2K are very polished.
@AndrewV29 Simultaneous release with the PS4 version, and thursday has traditionally been the day to release videogames in the United States. I am aware that has changed this generation, with the advent of digital distribution, but thursday is still the day for videogames, while fridays are for theater releases, and tuesdays are for home video releases.
@martock1 Exactly I'm glad somebody see the same picture I see......2K ain't nothing but A re-skinned game with a few minnor tweaks that's all and NBA Live on next gen is gone be a whole new game with advance technology
@MrMojoRisin70 I hope you're wrong because the 2k series desperately needs competition, for our sake. 2k has had fundamental, core flaws that sometimes are masked (sometimes not) for years. I hope Live 14 is good so 2k15 can be great.
