Namco Networks America has concluded a deal with Japanese company G-Mode to localize and distribute the latter's cell phone games for the US market, Namco Bandai announced today. The G-Mode lineup includes a variety of games, notably Tetris and a Sudoku title, aimed at casual gamers. No information was given on which games will be localized or when, but Namco Networks will select the titles that are most appropriate to US users' needs.

Tetris might be a decent cell phone game, but man I really struck out with Metal Slug. Slow doesn't begin to describe it.

We already have enough of these crappy mobile phone games most of which are programmed in java which delivers 4 frames a second, they need to up the technology before they add more content
