Namco has revealed that it now has a cross-license agreement with Todd McFarlane Productions to use each other's characters--an agreement that was hinted at in an interview with McFarlane a few weeks ago. With the license, Namco will be releasing Spawn for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and GameCube, which is currently under development by Namco's American subsidiary, Namco Hometech (Dead to Rights and Pac Man World 2). The game is scheduled for release within the year and will be displayed at E3.

Also, Todd McFarlane Productions International will be releasing its upcoming Soul Calibur II figures worldwide starting with the United States and Japan. This will be the first time that McFarlane Toys will be producing 4-inch figures. The first set of figures (Nightmare, Ivy, Asaroth, Necrid, and Voldo) is scheduled for release in July in the United States.
