Bob McCarthy, who helped found Concentric Networks, which provides Internet protocol-based network services for businesses and consumers, and also served as chairman of Interactive Creations, publisher of Warbirds, has announced his latest venture, Motorsport Simulations. McCarthy plans for his company to produce online racing sims as well as stand-alone single-player racing games, which will be sold via retail outlets.

The first online racing game, with multiple racing arenas, is expected to go live this Spring; Motorsports Simulations' first retail product is due to hit store shelves this Summer.
