Mortyr Close to Shipping

IMagicGames' big gamble - Mortyr, the first-person alternative history action game, is getting ready to ship soon.

The game officially debuted at the CPL Extreme Annihilation tournament in Dallas last month, and iMagicGames, the CD-ROM spin-off division of Interactive Magic, is betting a lot on Mortyr. Besides a media and marketing blitz, iMagicGames is prepared to ship a huge number of copies - 100,000 - in its biggest launch since Apache in 1996.

Mortyr will be the first game shipped from iMagicGames since its conception, also in March. Other releases include the anticipated wargame Road to Moscow and Seven Kingdoms II, among others.
