More Shrek games in the works

TDK Mediactive extends its agreement with DreamWorks to create games based on the popular animated film.

TDK Mediactive has announced an extension of its agreement with DreamWorks SKG to create and publish games based on Shrek, DreamWorks' popular animated film. The agreement, which covers all current game platforms, also includes the license to the upcoming film sequel.

Shrek was released in 2001. The film was one of the top films of the year in terms of box-office sales, and it is currently the best-selling DVD of all time. TDK has released a number of games based on the film for a variety of platforms including the PC, the Microsoft Xbox, and the Nintendo Game Boy Advance and Game Boy Color. We'll post more information about the upcoming Shrek games as it becomes available.
