More Gangsters 2 screens

Eidos Interactive sent us a batch of screenshots from its upcoming strategy game Gangsters 2: Vendetta. The screens, many of which first appeared on the official Gangsters 2 Web site, show off some of the cutscene animations, along with a variety of environmental effects such as rain, fog, and snow. The group also includes several shots of the game interface.

Gangsters 2 is set in a typical American city during the 1920s. Players assume the role of a mafia boss trying to rule the world of organized crime. The player can choose from several shady characters to build a team of mobsters, including arsonists, safe crackers, cardsharps, and hit men. A multiplayer mode supports up to four players over a LAN or Internet connection.
