More Borderlands 2 DLC will be available in time for Thanksgiving, 2K Games announced today. "The Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler," the second Headhunter expansion for the game, will be available November 26 on Xbox 360, PlayStation, Steam, and Mac for $3/£2.39/€2,99

In the DLC, players will participate in a hunger-themed competition hosted by Mr. Torgue where they are challenged to hunt down a giant turkey, the Wattle Gobbler, pictured above.

Players will also meet Mr. Torgue's grandmother, Grandma Flexington, in the content for the first time. "Grandma Flexington reminds us that we should be nice to Grandma during the holidays, even if she rambles on for way too long," 2K Games said.

Additionally, new character heads and skins will also be available as part of The Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler. Lastly, 2K Games announced today that the third Headhunter add-on, called How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day, will be released in December.

The first Headhunter expansion, the Halloween-themed TK Baha's Bloody Harvest, was released in October.

Borderlands 2, released in September 2012, is the most recent entry in the shooter series. It has shipped over 7.5 million copies to date and is on pace to become 2K's best-selling game of all time.
