Mistmare ships

Strategy First and codevelopers Sinister Systems and Arxel Tribe have announced the North American release of Mistmare for the PC. The game, which combines elements of action, adventure, and role-playing, sees players assuming the role of a young monk named Isador in an alternate universe where Europe is trapped in a medieval state.

"Mistmare takes gamers into a very different world," said Steve Milburn, director of marketing for Strategy First. "The Dark Ages never ended and gamers will be faced with medieval weapons and magic with only their skills and intellect to help them survive."
