Metal Gear Solid musician lends talent to album of game lullabies

Upcoming album will feature relaxing tracks from Nier, Secret of Mana, and other games.

Scarlet Moon Records today announced its upcoming album, Prescription for Sleep: Game Music Lullabies. The album features pianist Ayaki and saxophonist Norihiko Hibino, who's primarily known for his song "Snake Eater" from the Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater soundtrack.

Scarlet Moon hasn't yet said whether Prescription for Sleep will include any Metal Gear Solid music. It has announced, however, that the album will feature relaxing arrangements of music from several games, including Donkey Kong Country, Secret of Mana, Nier, and Demon's Souls.
