Following developer Konami's announcement that the PC version of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will now launch on the same day as the console versions, it has revealed the system requirements of the game.

On the game's Steam forums, community manager Robert Peeler published the minimum and recommended specifications for MGS V. At minimum, you'll need an i5 processor clocked at 3.4 GHz, a GTX 650 graphics card (or equivalent AMD GPU), and 4 GB of RAM. Konami recommends, however, that you have 3.6 GHz i7 processor and a GTX 760 GPU. It will also require at least 28 GB of hard drive space.
