Montreal-based publisher Meridian4 only formed earlier this year, and it's already getting out of the distribution game. When Meridian4's first product, the Diablo-inspired PC sci-fi action/role-playing game hits store shelves November 15, it will do so courtesy of Atari. Meridian4 today announced that Atari will be the exclusive distributor of its games throughout all retail channels.

"Their knowledge and expertise of the North American market will help us make Space Hack and all of our games a great success," said Meridian4 CEO Andrew Sher. "We are confident in their abilities, and we are looking forward to working with them over the long term."

Space Hack is rated T for Teen and will retail for $19.99.
