Neptune: First In
You'll be controlling the new member of Neptune squad, codenamed Rabbit. You'll start by riding shotgun with your teammate Voodoo as you make your way through town. Once gaining control, follow Voodoo and gun down any enemies via your iron sights.
The next wave of enemies will appear from the roofs, so you'll need to aim higher to take down the opposing force. Afterwards, Voodoo will open the door to the next zone. Follow him through the alley and you'll encounter more enemies. They will both be on the ground behind cover and on the balconies above. Hide behind cover yourself and move out to make a killing shot.
After the enemies are cleared out, Voodoo will point towards the next door. Unlike last, he will have you break down the entrance into the next area.
You'll need to take out two close by enemies, but will otherwise be safe for now. To get the jump on the remaining enemies in the building. Move over to the fuse box and destroy it. Turn on your night vision and proceed through the building. Even though the enemy can't see you, they will hear your movement and shots. They will fire wildly, so you may still take damage.
Keep moving through the building and you'll come to a section that has restored power. Slide into cover and take out the enemies on the upper level.
Once the area is cleared out, move forward and snipe the guards on the roof. You'll then make your way to the lower levels. You can't move up ledges on your own, so wait for Voodoo to climb them and then move in close for a buddy boost. Voodoo will help you up to areas you can't reach on your own.
You'll come to another open area where enemies will pop out from door and behind walls. Be cautious when advancing and pick each of them off while Voodoo provides suppressant fire. Afterwards, you'll meet up with the rest of Neptune: Mother and Preacher. You'll enter a room with a tied up prisoner. After a brief scene, continue forward along the path.
Shoot the enemies in the courtyard and you'll come to huge door. Wait and air support will come to bomb down an entrance. You'll advance on a turret that is immune to your attacks. Instead, follow Mother through a door to the left and you'll sneak around to the other side. Kill the turret gunner so Voodoo and Preacher are able to link up.
You'll come to a ridge and will have to take down some enemies below and in hangers across the field. Grab the sniper rifle on the left and you'll be able to take them down in quick long ranged hits.
After the battle, follow the rest of Neptune and you'll come to a room leading to the next area. Be sure to restock your grenades and move forward. There will be a few enemies on the outside. After clearing the area, enter the next building and use night vision to get a jump on the next wave of guards.
In the last room, smash down the door and you'll find the hostage. Switch to your hand gun and kill off the reaming soldiers as they attempt to use the hostage as a shield. With the day saved, get on the truck ahead and the mission will end.
Neptune: Breaking Bagram
You'll be in the passenger's seat as Voodoo smashes through the enemy waves. You'll have a machine gun that you'll need to use against enemy trucks and other soldiers. Once Voodoo drives to main front exit the car and mounts the heavy turret on top. Us this quick firing machine gun to fell the enemy soldiers and destroy the trucks.
Voodoo will start driving off again, so shoot what ever gets in your way. While your allies storm from the front, Neptune will be swooping in from the side. Even when taking enemies from afar you'll need to make use of your machine gun. It has rather good range, so distance will rarely be an issue.
As you move ahead, you'll have a chance to summon an air strike. Use your targeting scope to paint targets fro the bombers. You'll want to destroy both the gate and the tank that emerges from the rubble.
Move ahead and you'll switch to your rifle. Use it to take down the various enemies with RPGs and other long range weapons. Afterwards, meet up with Neptune and gun down the enemies across the tarp covered gate. Both the dropped RPGS and your grenades are good weapons to take out this wave.
Be sure to grab your rifle if you dropped it. You'll come to a field filled with broken planes. Snipe down the enemies and make a clear path for the rest of your squad. Enter the next building and you'll be ambushed by a ramming truck. Let your buddies take care of the enemies as you make your way to the top.
Take out the last few enemies and move to the next building. You'll find a longer range sniper rifle that will help you take the enemies on the other end of the court. after this fight, you'll enter another building. Here, Voodoo will flush out the enemies with a grenade, making it much easier to deal with the confused and wounded enemies.
You'll once again have to paint targets for the bombers. Your goal is to take out the tanks and trucks as the rest of Neptune takes the low road. Don't let any of the enemies get too close, or the mission will fail. You'll want to switch between the various weapons the bomber has: guns for fast moving targets, missile for heavy armor, and large bomb to take on multiple targets. When you clear the way, the mission will conclude.
Wolfpack: Running with Wolves…
You'll gain control of the Wolfpack squad member Deuce. Get on the ATV and follow Dusty towards the check point.
Use your sniper scope to locate the rest of the team before moving into the enemy compound. The enemy won't notice you and Dusty right away, so be sure to take out the ones in the way quietly.
Snipe the enemies stationed near the top and several more guards will arrive from below. Dusty will provide some support, but it will be your jobs to clean up the real threat.
After clearing this base, get back on your ATV and follow Dusty again. This time you'll have the cover of night on your side. Turn on night vision and find the guards through body heat.
Keep following Dusty and you'll now need to sneak towards the truck. First wait for the enemy to move out of the way, enter the house and kill the enemy with your knife. Next, locate the truck and plant the beacon.
Return to Dusty and the two of you will cream the rest of the enemy forces with covert rifle fire. Get back on your ATV one last time and drive towards the end.
Neptune: Dorothy's a Bitch
You'll once again be taking control of Rabbit from Neptune. Follow Mother and you'll come to an enemy encampment. Shoot and kill the enemies with your team's support. More enemies will arrive from the left, but will easily be picked off by other members of Neptune.
You'll make your way up a hill and will have to take cover to prevent being damaged. Be sure to quickly pop out be leaning and snipe the enemies your allies cannot reach. Move further up the ridge and you'll find the need to toss a grenade, which will in turn flush out the enemy.
Plant charges on the anti-air gun on the ledge. Follow Mother to the safe area and detonate the charges. This will allow air support from the friendly bombers. You'll come to a group of trucks that will require the aid of the bombers. Move to the marker on your display and pain the targets, which will summon the bombers.
Move through the shacks ahead with the rest of Neptune and you'll get jumped. After a brief scene, continue forward and into the dark cave. You'll need night vision for this short period, but will exit rather quickly.
The rest of Neptune will move forward and attack the enemy. It's a good idea to stay behind and provide cover fire. Your starting position is a great vantage point to quickly pick off targets with clean head shots. Afterwards, more air support will come and you'll need to pain more targets. If you need to aim better, be sure to zoom in before sending an order to the air force.
The planes will come under fire and it will be your turn to provide cover fire. Follow Voodoo up the hill and arm yourself with the RPG. Aim towards the crates on the far right and let loose a well placed shot, concluding the mission.
Rangers: Belly of the Beast
You'll again switch characters, this time to Dante Adams, one of the army rangers. Follow the rest of your team along the dusty road and kill any enemies in the way. you and Hernandez will bolt to the right and will need to take cover. The rest of the rangers will clear out the situation while your provide cover fire.
You and the team will enter a run down village. There are bad guys waiting in the wings, so you'll need to scope in and peck them off one by one from afar.
Sneak around the back and clear out the rest of the enemies with your melee knife attacks. Enter the building Patterson points towards and you'll be able to gain a few extra grenades.
As you exit towards the front you'll be ambushed by a turret from the distance. Patterson will order you to provide cover fire while the rest of the tea moves ahead. Get behind the wall on the right and fire a stream of bullets to distract the enemy. Eventually, the air force will destroy the turret and allow you to join your allies.
The remaining foes will flee through the canyon and you'll want to kill off as many as you can. You'll yet again come to another ambush and will be knocked out for a short time. Once Patterson wakes you, dash into the shack and takes cover from the enemy.
Eventually the shack will be heavily damaged by RPGs and even a charging truck. Do your best to remain in cover and eventually a squad of aviation helicopters will save the day, ending the mission.
You'll once again switch roles, this time controlling Hawk, the gunner of the helicopters from the last mission. You have no flight controls and will only be shooting. Your pilot will be moving on rails, so be sure to make each shot count.
Use your missiles to destroy the various mortars lying around the battlefield. Don't bother with the enemies in the initial area, as they will keep spawning from the caves to the left. Once re-establishing a standard view, bomb the trucks ahead and take out the bridge.
The enemy rifle fire does very little damage, so be sure to only focus on the RPGs that can deal heavy pain. Your allied chopper will come under danger and will be unable to provide direct fire. However, it will still paint key targets for your run.
As your pilot moves to the last camp, destroy any buildings, vehicles, and rockets that are below. You'll make a second pass which can be used to clean up any remaining enemies.
Wolfpack: Friends From Afar
You'll return to Deuce and Wolfpack. For now you'll be providing cover fire to Neptune as they make their way to the top of the mountain.
It can be hard to find targets and know where to snipe. If needed, bring up the HUD to find targets. Also, switch to night vision and you'll be able to spot targets via body heat.
After saving Neptune, follow Dusty and take out any bad guys that may have lurched up to you. Switching up to your machine gun and using iron sights will make an excellent means of taking down the enemy. Snipe down the enemies with night vision support.
Enter prone mode and follow Dusty through the logs. You'll spot Neptune again and will have to quickly snipe before they are overwhelmed. As the members of Neptune reach their goal, the mission will end.
You'll once again be in the shoes of Rabbit from Neptune squad. Clear out the initial enemies with your rifle and then proceed to follow Mother through the canyon. There will be a rescue chopper in the distance, but it will be unable to land. You'll need to reach another landing zone to make your escape.
As you make your way to the next check point, you'll once again be able to target enemies for air strikes. Order a bombing of the building ahead and you'll be able to move forward without harm. Clean up the rest with your iron sights and continue forward.
As you make your wav across the roof, Voodoo will be injured and unable to use his heavy machinegun. You'll trade him for your lighter weapon and will now have to support the team. Blast the remaining enemies ahead and enter the rescue helicopter. You can provide some cover to the troop remaining on the ground, but the mission will end very soon.
Neptune: Neptune's Net
You'll land on the ground without any weapons except your knife. You'll also be separated from Mother for the time being. For now, you'll need the element of surprise to survive.
Start by turning on your night vision and using prone mode to crawl through holes. you'll locate a lone bad guy that can be defeated with a knife swipe. He's drop a basic rifle you can use to take done more enemies. Continue to remain quiet and kill the patrol guards with quick headshots.
As long as you remain hidden and take out enemies quickly, no one will detect your presence. When a second patrol arrives, hide behind the rocks up the hill to the right. Eventually you'll hook up with Mother who will provide you with some better weapons.
Continue to move quickly with Mother and take out only the enemy forces that get in your way. Many of the ground enemies will be distracted by your air support, so you can simply ignore them to save time. Eventually you'll be wounded and unable to move. During this time Mother will help carry you and you'll only be armed with a pistol. Gun down and protect Mother as he tries to take you to safety. After some time, the mission will end.
Rangers: Rescue the Rescuers
You'll be back in control of Dante Adams and are in search of Neptune. Start by defending your carrier helicopter with the mounted minigun. Try to take out as many foes as possible, however if you're hit by a RPG you'll move on to the next area. Your new gun has an alternate fire that can shoot grenades, making it a nice asset to have during this mission.
There will be a mounted turret up ahead that is too strong from your guns. Move to the marker on your HUD and you'll be able to summon in an air strike. However, several of your ranger squad will be too hurt to continue. Follow Patterson into the next passage and towards the enemy stronghold.
Though the cave is dark, you might want to refrain from using your night vision. The enemy will constantly toss out flares that will blind your sights. Switch to normal vision and you'll no longer suffer from this glare. Take cover and defeat the bad guys with grenades and rifle fire. As you exit this enemy cave you'll link up with Voodoo and Preacher.
With a restored four member squad, charge forth and stomp the remaining enemies. It's a good idea to snipe enemies while your allies move ahead and engage up close. When the team splits up, let Patterson and Preacher advance while you and Voodoo attack from the side.
Eventually you'll reach a mountain face with two branches. Patterson can handle himself from the top, so go through the low ground and clean up the foes in your way. There will be a box to restore your grenades, which might not be so useful. Keep moving and you'll discover Rabbit's gear, which is actually a good sign.
Many of the upcoming foes have RPGs, so you'll need to snipe them from afar to prevent being blasted right off the bat. As you move further up the hill and face heavier gun fire, the air force will arrive and bomb the enemy structures. When everyone is safe, move towards the last cave to conclude Medal of Honor.
