Infogrames, Quicksilver Software, and Civilization fan site Apolyton have launched a competition to find 25 beta testers for Master of Orion III, the upcoming turn-based space strategy game. The competition, which is open until September 20, requires entrants to "match the races to the faces" by identifying the species of characters from previous games in the series from screenshots.

To qualify for the competition, entrants must be over 18 years of age, reside in the USA, Canada, or Mexico, and be willing to provide regular feedback on their experiences with the game. Winners will be announced on September 25. For more information on Master of Orion III, check out our previous coverage of the game.
