It's time to stop Saren once again, and this time on the PC. Mass Effect has been officially dated for May 6 in North America on the PC.

A number of modifications have been made for the PC version, including a new squad-control interface that lets players issue separate commands to each squad member. There will also be hotkey functionality for psionic powers and abilities, and redesigned Mako vehicle controls for exploring planets.

Other additions include more save slots and a new inventory-screen interface to address criticisms levied against the Xbox 360 edition of the game. The PC version will also get a new decryption minigame.
