Russian game publisher Buka Entertainment has announced MARCH!: Offworld Recon, its upcoming arcade-style first-person shooter. The game is set on Mars after humankind has tried and failed to colonize the planet. A team of soldiers is sent to investigate an irregularity in the planet's satellite control system, but the investigation quickly turns into an all-out battle to survive.

MARCH! will combine elements of arcade action, first-person shooter, and tactical combat simulation games. Players will lead a team of elite soldiers through a series of battles against cyborg enemies. In addition to the single-player missions, the game will feature several multiplayer modes including deathmatch and cooperative modes.

MARCH!: Offworld Recon is in development at HBM and is scheduled for release in Russia in the third quarter of 2002. No North American publisher or release date has been announced.
